What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.
International returns are not accepted.

How long does shipping take?

• Made-to-order embroidery: 2 business days processing
• Custom designs: production time starts from 3+ business days, depending on complexity
