Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With original packaging included

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges (for example, size exchanges) within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

To request an exchange, please email neembshop@gmail.com before returning your item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at neembshop@gmail.com

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.


International Orders

We currently do not accept international returns.

Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

Please allow several business days for your bank to process the refund.
