Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1 business day.

Made-to-order items are processed within 2 business days.

Custom embroidery orders require additional production time. Processing time begins at 3 business days and may vary depending on design complexity. Exact timelines are discussed individually with the customer before production.


Shipping Carriers

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates and the delivery address provided by the customer.


Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, NEEMB LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees required to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

NEEMB LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies.
